Terms of Trade

a)Cash - Order picked up on site
b) Bank transfer - Orders will be shipped with invoice. Buyer will complete bank transfer upon receipt of merchandise and amount paid will be amount on invoice.(with price more then 2000,- CZK).
c) Proforma Invoice - Buyer will be sent invoice and after payment is received,  merchandise we will be shipped.
d) Deposit payment - Merchandise will be sent to you Proforma Invoice.

Terms of delivery
a) Merchandise will be delivered to the address stated in the order form.
b) Merchandise will be sent by Česká pošta or with logistic company PPL. Note: For orders less than 3000,- CZK, shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer. For orders over 3000,- CZK free shipping will be provided.
c) Merchandise will be shipped within 14 days after receipt of order.
d) Merchandise which is made to order will shipped after manufacturing is completed and payment has cleared. Payment method for “Made to Order” merchandise shall be by “Proforma Invoice”.
e) Invoice will be in all packages shipped.

Complaint
Refer all complaints concerning incorrect merchandise to info@gcshop.eu. Include all information in the e-mail and upon receipt of incorrect merchandise  we will send you the correct merchandise. Merchandise that is misused or abused is not covered under any implied or stated warranty or guarantee. Any damage that results during shipping is the responsibility of the logistics company. All merchandise should be inspected for damage prior to accepting shipment.

Terms and Conditions of Shop Orders
a) All orders that are received are binding. When placing an order you are agreeing to all terms and conditions such as all shop rules, payment condition, terms of delivery, complaint process and any and all safety warnings that apply to the use and care of merchandise.
b) All orders will be sent for verification to the e-mail provided to allow any corrections to be made to the information contained in that order.
c) Dealer retains the rights to contact buyer by phone or email to make any corrections to order received and to discuss payment terms under certain conditions.
